The little Blue boy of the litter, Ky was a very active pup - he would routinely run full speed into his littermates and steal their toys. He was also very good at nearly putting out the eyes of the human visitors with his exhuberant greeting leaps. He continues to be an active dog out in the wide open spaces of the hill country of Washington where he lives with Russ and Jean, patrolling the hills and singing with the coyotes.

Ky took to training very quickly in agility, tracking, and obedience. Though he didn't compete much, he has been a light in the lives of Russ and Jean, a beautiful and busy boy who epitomizes the breed standard line "always in motion except when under command" - and sometimes even when under command!
